Recruiter
The Recruiter position at EW Grobbel performs full cycle recruiting on all organizational positions, including but not limited to: manufacturing, maintenance, quality assurance, warehousing, accounting, payroll, office/administration, HR, and supervision roles. They are also responsible for the orientation and overall onboarding of new employees. Responsibilities include sourcing and reviewing resumes, phone/onsite interviews, job performance testing, prepare and present job offers, orientations, and any other HR/Recruitment related tasks.
General Requirements:
- Assists in the recruitment and retention of top talent
- Recruits active and passive candidates from various resources, including Internet job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Assists in the hiring process for open positions, including interviewing and screening applicants both over the phone and in person.
- Ensures accuracy and timeliness of all candidate communications.
- Follows up on interviewees, including making offers to those selected for hire.
- Applies HR recruiting best practices.
- Conducts employee orientations and onboarding
- Reviews attendance policy, employee handbook, and benefit information.
- Creates new hire employee files in our employee database
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years’ experience in HR / Recruitment
- Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills
- Detail oriented with a focus on quality results/deliverables
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high caliber and dynamic environment
- Good organizational skills and time management are a must
- Experience with ATS/HRIS systems preferred
- Proficient in Office 365 Applications
- Precise data entry and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
