The LovelyGroup is growing and looking to add a Recruiter to the team! This one-of-a-kind in house recruiting role is an opportunity to make an impact everyday while working on a wide-reaching list of requisitions including (but not limited to!): software development, marketing, clinical roles, ecommerce, creative and beyond. We're looking to create engaging and meaningful connections with candidates as we look to add talent across our many departments. In addition to full cycle recruiting, you'll get to participate in employer branding and marketing efforts for our companies which may include: LinkedIn content, social media recruiting, job and career fairs and more!

A Day in the Life:
In this full cycle recruiting role, you'll source, screen and facilitate tours and interviews for our candidates.
- Build engagement with candidates through compelling candidate experience touch points including building tours, phone screens and interviews
- Partner with Talent Operations Lead and hiring managers to conduct tandem in-house interviews and candidate job shadows
- Take ownership of the recruiting life cycle for assigned job requisitions
- Monitor Applicant Tracking System(ATS) and ensure all candidates are receiving timely feedback
- Analyze applicant flow for assigned requisitions and provide actionable solutions
- Assist in the content generation and maintenance of external facing employer branding (LinkedIn).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships while maintaining confidentiality
- Assist in the development of innovative and scalable solutions to build diverse prospect pools through multiple channels.
- Additional duties as assigned
Compensation: $50,000-70,000 (Dependent on Experience) Bonus Eligible
Location: On-site- Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Hybrid work schedule, 1-2 days work from home as interview schedule allows
About you:
- 1-3 years of direct full cycle recruiting experience (corporate or agency)
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or other relevant field
- High energy, positive attitude, creative, innovative, and resourceful
- Knowledge of federal and state laws regarding employment practices
- Previous experience with marketing a plus!
