Accountabilities:

• Proactively partner with hiring managers to lead, create and execute recruitment strategy across a variety of disciplines; with a specific focus on candidate experience and attracting underrepresented talent into our organization 
• Lead relationships with stakeholders, ensuring key information and actions are communicated up, down and sideways as appropriate
• Move with measured urgency while working to quarterly hiring targets (carrying up to 12 requisitions simultaneously)
• Articulate Quartet’s mission, value proposition, and company values 
• Facilitate white glove recruiting processes to ensure a consistently exceptional candidate experience; managing the full recruiting life-cycle from strategy to sourcing to placement (including scheduling)

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a high-growth environment
• Good understanding of the tech and/or startup landscape, leverage key relationships to source strong talent in a zero agency spend model
• Able to conceptualize, communicate and execute to plans in anticipation of hiring demand
• Experience with Greenhouse ATS & GSuite/Google Workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

• A background in both agency and in-house recruiting
• Advanced Boolean logic and creative sourcing strategies
• Strong communication skills and the ability to partner effectively across the company
