Recruiter - Omaha Recruiting Jobs #Hiring
As a Recruiter you will be responsible for supporting the full life cycle recruitment process. Specific responsibilities include:
- Recruit needed talent to maintain staffing needs by using various recruiting techniques
- Perform various other duties as needed to ensure efficiency in the Employment department
- Develop and maintain both internal and external relationships that may provide referrals of candidates
- Attract, find and interview the right candidates for each position
- Use various recruiting and sourcing techniques effectively and follow-up with potential candidates
- Handle hiring paperwork from start to finish, including handling job offer letter, background check and completing I-9 Employment Eligibility Form.
- Previous experience in fast-paced, continuously changing environment
- Ensure compliance with employment law and company policy and procedures.
- Responsible for creating and maintain posting communications such as newsletters, advertisement related communications, upcoming events etc.
- Cross train on all Human Resources functions.
- All other duties as assigned by Human Resources Manager.

Skills/Abilities Required:
- Excellent customer service skills including good oral and written communication.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
- Able to calmly and effectively handle stressful situations.
- Full knowledge of hiring process and previous recruiting experience
- Must be a self-starter and team player
- Results oriented. Excellent problem-solving and follow-up skills.
- Computer knowledge required (prefer experience with SAP and/or Kronos with proficiency in MS Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Bilingual skills highly preferred. (English/Spanish).
- High School degree required, some college preferred.
- Trustworthy - Will be handling confidential material
- Some Saturdays and Sundays as needed
- Willing to travel
