As a Recruiter III within PNC's Talent Acquisition - Retail Banking/Retail Lending Operations organization, you will be based remotely within PNC's footprint.
Job Description
- Leads and executes the entire hiring cycle, including recruiting, interviewing, and making offers.
- Developing plans for sourcing appropriate candidates for senior and complex roles, conducting the interview process, and extending offers to selected candidates while maintaining a low cost per hire.
- Researching and sourcing candidates through advanced search techniques and developing internal and external search strategies per position assignment. Performing analysis, projections and preparation of management reports.
- Recruiting, assessing, presenting, interviewing, making offers.
- Counseling hiring managers regarding recruiting strategies and practices that support the goals and direction of the organization.

Work Experience
Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 3+ years of relevant / direct industry experience. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.

Additional Job Description
This is a remote position and can sit anywhere within the PNC footprint, except for Colorado, Hawaii or Alaska. There is limited expectation for regular in person, in office activities.
