About the role
Experienced Recruiter responsible for support of our Hardware Engineering department. Directly source candidates across a variety of skills (Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering). Partner with Engineering Leaders to develop recruiting strategy.
- Implement creative recruiting and sourcing strategies to pipeline candidates across skillsets within Engineering team.
- Provide a great experience for every potential candidate through effective communication, timely responses and consistent follow through.
- Collaborate with teams on people operations, interview assistance, sourcing and referrals and onboarding processes.
- Partner with people team, internal hiring managers and candidates on logistics, including interview scheduling and helping candidates with any issues.
The experience you have
- At least a year of experience in full life cycle recruiting role.
- 4+ years of total relevant experience.
- Experience sourcing for Hardware Engineering roles
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at once with organization and a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
