ABOUT THE ROLE ?

As a full cycle G&A Recruiter, you’ll help us build a world-class team and have the ability to help us continue to grow our amazing culture. On a day-to-day basis, you’ll be working with hiring managers across teams to help them bring in the best talent and build cohesive, successful and encouraging teams. Working as a partner with your hiring managers, you'll serve as each candidate's main point of contact managing the recruitment process from resume submission to offer.

• Build top of the funnel for multiple job requisitions at a given time, consisting of both passive and active candidates
• Develop strategies to attract and engage passive candidates, while focusing on defining and driving key metrics
• Proactively source candidates from Linkedin, AngelList, Github, and other platforms
• Serve as a trusted partner to educate hiring managers on hiring and sourcing best practices
• Own the ATS (Greenhouse) for each role
• Partner with the Recruiting Coordinator to schedule throughout the process
• Collaborate with hiring managers to identify detailed and accurate job hiring criteria and processes through a comprehensive role intake process
• Develop and provide a seamless and supportive candidate experience

ABOUT YOU?

• 3+ years experience in sourcing or full-cycle recruiting (In-House preferred)
• Strong sourcing skills are a must 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and adeptly prioritize
• Passionate about building teams and cultivating a best in class candidate experience
• Adept at building and maintaining relationships with leadership, key stakeholders, external partners and candidates
• Proactive learner with desire to take on new challenges
