As our G&A Recruiter, you will directly impact this mission and act as a core strategic driver of our success! You will be responsible for full life-cycle recruiting for Product, Digital Merchandising, Finance, People, Marketing, etc. - partnering with your hiring managers to build out their teams across our corporate locations. What You Get To Do Every Day

• Own full-lifecycle recruiting for your positions from role launch through sourcing, candidate engagement, interviews, offer negotiations, and close 
• Build relationships and partner with business leaders to to identify, build, and execute high-impact recruiting strategies that engage the best and the brightest talent
• Develop, implement, and manage a proactive recruitment search and sourcing system to target, identify and source internal and external candidates for positions across our corporate teams 
• Establish and maintain relationships with hiring managers and proactively report on pipeline activity to facilitate effective and trusted hiring discussions  
• Partner with our recruiting coordinators on creating a smooth interview process, properly preparing interviewers and ensuring an outstanding experience for all candidates
• Develop and deploy creative sourcing and recruiting strategies 
• Maintain applicant tracking system (Greenhouse) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information
• Act as a key contributor and collaborator with our TA team - bringing your own ideas and solutions to the table

What You Bring To The Role

• 2+ years of experience as a full-life cycle recruiter with a focus in corporate talent sourcing
• Experience extending offers, negotiating and closing 
• Experience building a pipeline of diverse talent, including active and passive candidates
• Solid working knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and other online sourcing strategies
• Agile with the ability to handle and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and hiring manager relationships
• Dedication to creating a stellar candidate experience for every candidate, every time
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and the grit to juggle multiple tasks
• Excellent verbal, written, communication, and organizational skills
• Possess a ‘business partner’ mentality, with the ability to develop and maintain outstanding relationships with your hiring managers and business leaders
• Team player who is excited to collaborate, teach, and learn
