Recruiter (Contract - remote U.S.)

You will: 

  • Conduct full-cycle recruiting for U.S.-based openings from Candidate identification through closing including
    • Sourcing and attracting qualified Candidates
    • Assessing Applicant qualifications
    • Managing Hiring Manager (Client) and Candidate relationships
    • Driving the recruiting process with speed, accuracy and efficiency
    • Ensuring timely communications with both Candidates and Clients
    • Ensuring accurate and timely feedback in ATS (Greenhouse)
    • Negotiating approved compensation with Candidates during offer process 
    • Closing out Candidates in a quality & empathetic fashion and with an eye towards long term relationship-building as well as brand preservation 
  • Proactively recruit passive Candidates using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn, Google, etc.
  • Ensure quality and expeditious recruiting experience for employee referrals
  • Post / Update all open roles on company website and social media venues
  • Represent Viz.ai through quality interaction with prospects and Candidates
  • Provide Clients with weekly updates in terms of search progress as well as market intelligence
  • Manage search process nuances such that both Client and Candidate experience a seamless and professional recruiting process
  • Develop pipeline for future hiring needs

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years in full-cycle business (non-tech) recruitment experience
  • Recruiting experience within a technology-based company required
  • Agility to flex with changing priorities
  • Positive / winning attitude based on a collaborative work perspective
  • Proficiency with Google Suite of products
  • Experience using Greenhouse (ATS)

  • You are viewed as the go-to talent expert 
  • You have several roles on which you are working simultaneously and for which you have quality pipeline built
