Description and Requirements
This position will report to Global Talent Acquisition organization and act as systems focal on global hiring systems and tools and work collaboratively with overall GTA team and HRIS team.
As the Program Manager for TA systems and technology, you will be responsible for hiring systems and tools evaluation, fixing production issues, delivering enhancement results for the globe or regions. You will recommend system improvements and innovative solutions, explore opportunities with new tools to improve hiring efficiency, update system function changes to end user timely, create and maintain end user training documentation and train users on hiring systems and tools.
Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 3+ years' experience with information systems and/or information technology
  • Experience working with human resources


Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Information System, Information Technology, Human Resources or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • HRIS or TA technology program management experience is preferred
  • Experience with Avature is highly preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-driven and excellent learning ability.
