Project/Program Manager
  • Manages projects/programs that are of medium- to large-scale impact, with multiple stakeholders, internal client groups, and external vendors, and responsible for the achievement of goals and objectives across projects/programs
  • Devises new projects/programs that support the organization's goals and objectives and support sustainable outcomes
  • Manages medium to large project/program working groups or multiple small working groups comprising individuals from across Human Resources as well as businesses and functions across the enterprise
  • Responsible for the daily activities of end-to-end project/program management based on the goals of the organization and the achievement of goals and objectives across projects/programs. Project/program activities include reporting, resourcing, planning, monitoring/tracking, issue/risk identification and escalation, scope management, estimation, client management, relationship management, vendor management, and project documentation preparation.
  • Conducts working sessions and status meetings/check-ins and facilitates risk mitigation and resolution of program/project issues with the appropriate stakeholders
  • Responsible, as applicable, for implementation, tracking and assessment of project/program strengths, weaknesses and overall performance
  • Serves as liaison between internal clients and other stakeholders to ensure delivery of projects on time, to specification and within budget. Manages client expectations, ensures project/program delivery conforms with company standards and establishes regular communications with the project/program business sponsors and/or leads at a detailed functional level
  • Supports project/program teams in maximizing their individual contributions and their ability to function effectively as a team
  • Leverages systems and technology and recommends enhancements to tools/techniques and methodologies to optimize project/program management, implementation and outcomes

Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in business, Human Resources or related field is required
  • Minimum 7 years of total work experience is required
  • Project/Program Management experience is required . Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and/or Prince2 certification a plus.
  • Experience in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and integrating the se principles into program/project frameworks, objectives and measured outcomes
  • Experience engaging with senior leaders
  • Possesses critical thinking and problem solving skills, able to multitask and engage effectively with diverse teams
