Description

This position is responsible for the sourcing and coordination of all recruitment efforts related to ADTRAVs professional and technical roles. This position will proactively identify and target prospects for key positions in the organization from senior leadership, professional roles and technical positions. This position will also play a key role in the on-boarding and retention of such positions and will also be compensated for the selection and retention of incumbents for those selected positions.

Major Responsibilities:
  • Developing leads and sourcing candidates for key identified positions, using available resources such as LinkedIn and other social media models. This position will also participate in activities and networking opportunities for outside organizations, including universities to identify and source key candidates.
  • Coordinating recruitment efforts and screening prospective candidates. Coordinating, scheduling and participating in interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process. Following guidelines established by ADTRAVs behavioral interview and selection tool to ensure a consistent interview and selection process.
  • Actively communicating with new employees about their on-boarding and experiences at ADTRAV. Working with HR leadership and hiring managers to address employee engagement and retention issues.
  • Developing and sourcing candidates for internship programs that will serve as a feeder for future technical and professional placements.
  • Tracking and reporting assigned HR Key Performance Indicators, such as applicant tracking data and retention statistics. Other Human Resources related activities, including employee relations activities. Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates for professional and technical positions. Knowledge of applicable labor & employment laws and other employment regulations. Prior experience with interviewing and selection techniques, including behavior based interview and selection tools.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and experience utilizing recruitment technologies to identify and target candidates for recruitment, i.e. LinkedIn, Indeed, etc
  • This position requires self-motivation and self-direction and a desire to achieve performance measures as defined by the organization.
  • Prior human resources experience and employee relations experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources or related field required.
