Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to join the Global Talent Acquisition team. This individual will support the Research & Development (Engineering) and Product Management organization to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for mission-critical roles that drive our business forward. You will be part of a collaborative recruiting team environment, where sharing new ideas, leads, and insights are celebrated.
You will work cross-functionally with the others in the greater People Team, including HR Business Partners and Learning & Development. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a fast-paced company in the ad tech industry, where your contributions directly impact IAS's growth.
Responsibilities include:
- Own and drive full cycle sourcing, recruiting, and client management for technical and product roles
- Collaborate with the hiring teams to compose job descriptions, source candidates utilizing LinkedIn Recruiter and other tools, and schedule interviews
- Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience and communicate regular status updates
- Provide guidance and educate hiring managers and HR Business Partners regarding talent market trends and insights
- Reinforce our commitment to D&I in the recruitment process
- Assist with updating and sometimes facilitating interview training and other Talent Acquisition training initiatives and opportunities
- Market mapping and competitive research and pulling together candidate pools for opportunistic hiring using Greenhouse to track candidates and develop talent metrics
The ideal candidate has:
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to prioritize multiple roles and quickly adapt in an evolving environment
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or other applicant tracking systems preferable
Experience:
- BA/BS degree or relevant experience
- 2+ years of experience within a recruiting function, in either a corporate or agency setting
- Experience with direct sourcing and assessing technical talent
- Must be able to communicate effectively, prioritize and move quickly in an ambiguous environment
- Experience in technology driven industries. Adtech experience a plus
