Pre-Sales Data Annotator employment via Workforce Logiq (PRO Unlimited)
The position is fully remote and part-time (candidates must be authorized to work in the US, not accepting OPT): 30 hours a week at a minimum, maybe more by mutual agreement, up to 40 hours a week
Overview:
Data annotation entails categorizing, tagging, and evaluating textual information.
In particular, some of the tasks you would do in this role are:
- Categorizing support tickets using a complex taxonomy in either the IT or HR domain
- Identifying mentions of common software titles in support tickets in either the IT or HR domain
- Grading the quality of algorithmic responses to user queries
- Tagging salient information in user-entered text
- Evaluating the performance of an AI chatbot
Requirements:
- Fully fluent in written and spoken English at a professional level
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Must be fully vaccinated against covid-19
