Collibra is on a fast-paced journey of accelerated growth across the business. To stay on top of the demands of a fast-growing company, we have an exciting opportunity for a People Systems Analyst reporting to the Sr. Manager, People Systems to make an impact in building our HCM systems of the future. We are looking for a new team member who has experience working with Workday in a global, fast-paced growth company. You will participate in key projects as we enhance our People Systems to support our continued growth.


People Systems Analysts at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Working closely with our People Systems team to contribute to the ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday modules including but not limited to HCM, Reporting, Talent, Advanced Compensation and Benefits
  • Managing the process of deploying Workday integrations and creating new ones based upon business need, as well as support the existing integrations
  • Being a strategic partner to the global People Team and the business.  Work with Centers of Excellence to configure, maintain and provide solutions to other People systems used by Collibra; Workday, Greenhouse, Peakon, Docebo and maintaining quality, consistency, and integrity of HCM data (Workday).
  • Staying current with People Systems new functionalities delivered in the routine updates. Translating business requirements into system requirements, design specifications and document new and/or existing application requirements. Ensure that new or existing systems meet business requirements and practices and that all application interface issues/concerns are understood, documented and addressed satisfactorily
  • Ensuring systems security permissions are appropriately set up. Adhere and support HCM SOX control compliance.
  • Working with People Partners and the wider business to understand business processes.
  • Designing, developing and supporting dashboards and reports that will help our leaders understand and visualize data, both in Workday and Tableau.

You Have:

  • A proven and successful background in a similar role
  • Strong technical Workday skills
  • Demonstrated experience in various Workday functional areas, especially configuration, integrations and analytic
  • Demonstrated ability to provide support in a diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural fast-paced environment

  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
  • A critical thinker with success in developing innovative solutions to business issues
  • Able to manage multiple, complex issues and prioritize projects concurrently
  • Able to self-direct work in an unstructured environment and work independently

Reporting to Collibra's Sr. Manager, People Systems, People Systems Analyst's measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will learn about Collibra and build relationships with the People Team and other business partners.
  • Within your third month, understand business processes and respond to service requests
  • Within your sixth month, you will participate in projects and look for opportunities to implement and drive process improvements
