We are hiring a People Programs Manager. In this position you’ll manage company-wide learning programs to support ‘Coders in owning their career growth and growing as professionals. This role seeks an experienced leader to co-design, launch and project manage program delivery for Code3 employees. The primary goal of this position is to work across the organization that we have the right programming, being delivered to the right people, at the right time. 

“Programs'' can include, but are not limited to, training and onboarding programs as well as diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives. This role will play a key role in developing and facilitating programs that foster and strengthen Code3’s culture of professional learning and personal development. 

Responsibilities

• Assist in the design and manage the implementation of programs and initiatives that further Code3’s culture of learning, of D&I strategy, and of contributing to creating a more diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace
• Create and implement new programs to support team development, including engagement initiatives, professional development programs, and career growth frameworks for all levels
• Identify, build, and sustain community partnerships to support corporate diversity and inclusion projects/plans/initiatives and business strategies.
• Partner with internal teams to create thoughtful, clear communications and training materials in support of our People programs, building connection between our programs and Code3’s values
• Generate, measure, and report on metrics that measure the effectiveness of People programs, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
• Support our People and Executive teams in identifying and addressing gaps in our development programs across Code3 and for specific teams as necessary

Requirements

• A minimum of three years 3+ years in a project manager capacity managing multiple projects at once 
• A deep care for creating change by building more equitable and diverse organizations
• Experience in designing and supporting a variety of employee programs within an organization; strong prioritization skills
• Demonstrated expertise in leading without authority
• Thrives on feedback, and the ability to collaborate with and influence peers and leaders
• Strong attention to detail across a variety of different topics/projects/meetings
• Proficient in Google Suite products
