About the opportunity
Ontra is seeking a Senior People Partner to join our rapidly growing company! This role will support our Sales, Marketing, Account Management, Customer Success, and Legal Partnerships teams, offering employee relations guidance and coaching for managers and teams. The Senior People Partner will be responsible for solving complex organizational challenges and focus on coordinating with our internal groups to enable and grow our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to help build and maintain a fantastic company culture based on strong missions and values at a hyperscaling company.
The Senior People Partner will report directly to the Head of People Partnerships.
What you’ll do
- Employee relations: Support our G& teams by offering regular coaching to employees and managers, handling employee relations issues as needed, and developing, launching and supporting programs designed to build upon our existing culture
- Innovation: Enhance current people processes within the organization
- Development: Develop, launch, and implement people programs
- Problem-solving: Solve complex organizational challenges through people-related solutions
- Relationship building: Build strong relationships with internal groups to promote the People team’s strategy by advocating for our mission and values, partnering with leaders, and managing programs that help develop our teams
What you’ll bring
- Experience: 4+ years experience in HR/People industry; background in B2B tech is a plus
- Fierce alignment to Company mission & values: Strong passion for the company’s culture and a desire to build upon that culture
- Problem-solver: Ability to solve complex problems within teams and organizations
- Collaborative: Ability to work with different teams and groups

Colorado applicants only: The estimated annual cash salary for this role is $132,050. The total compensation package also includes benefits (as further detailed below) as well as unit-based compensation if applicable. Compensation for other locations may vary.*
