We are seeking a highly capable People Operations Specialist to enhance the performance of our HR technologies. In this role, your duties will include optimizing the performance of our HR systems and gathering data.To ensure success, you should possess extensive experience in HR technologies in a related industry. 

What You’ll Do:

• Consulting with HR managers and other departments to determine data requirements
• Resolving HR application issues
• Documenting processes, identifying HR concerns, and compiling data analysis reports
• Performing application upgrades, as well as providing training and technical support
• Implementing new processes and systems for efficient HR management
• Keeping track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HR technology

What We Need:

• Bachelor's degree
• 2+ years of experience as an HR technology specialist in a related industry
• Exceptional ability to gather and interpret data, as well as improve HR technology processes
• Ability to collaborate, provide technical support, and train staff
• Proficiency in HRM software, such as BambooHR, Greenhouse, Lattice, CultureAmp, ADP, or other major HR software systems
• Experience in documenting processes, as well as performing diagnostic tests and audits
