Who we seek:

We’re looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join our Global People team, reporting to the VP, People. Our People team is remote, and you will support the People team’s efforts around onboarding, offboarding, culture building, and People systems management alongside members of our team. Our ideal candidate is someone who is detail oriented, curious, and excited to work in a fast paced environment.  

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with onboarding of our new hires in all US & Global locations
    • Run background checks 
    • Communicate with new hires regarding laptops, requirements, benefits summary, new hire guide…etc.
    • Work with IT to coordinate shipment of laptops
    • Order new hire swag and drop shipments
    • Schedule introductory meetings
    • Lead new hire orientation 
    • Coordinate onboarding survey and report findings to team 
  • Send payroll information to payroll providers
  • Upload I-9 and other important documentation into HRIS Systems
  • Send instructions and track training completions
  • Complete verification of employment requests
  • Verify employees e-documents are completed, follow up as needed
  • Ideate and execute culture building initiatives and activities alongside the People Team in support of a more inclusive environment 
  • Assist in keeping People systems updated and reflective of any team and/or employee job changes
  • Assist with ad hoc people team projects, such as creating and updating holiday schedules 
  • Enter new hire information for US & Global New hires in HRIS System

What you’ll bring:

  • You are comfortable with ambiguity and are resilient through uncertainty
  • You are detail-oriented, organized, data-driven and thorough
  • You have the ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment
  • You possess excellent interpersonal skills, including strong verbal, written and presentation skills
  • You are a project manager who can handle a project from start to finish and own it!
  • You have 1-3 years of relevant work experience delivering cross functional projects in a rapidly changing environment
  • You can build rapport and trust with teammates, internal stakeholders, managers, and employees
  • You possess a learning mindset and passion for continuous growth
  • You have a sincere enthusiasm for the employee experience
  • You are the HR Help Desk
