Title: People Operation Analyst
Position: Full time 
Location: Chicago, IL 

FourKites is looking for an analytical human resources subject matter expert with an inquisitive nature and passion for problem solving to own all employee data as a part of our People Operations center of excellence.  As the People Operations Analyst, you will drive impactful decision-making by telling the story through our talent metrics, engaging with employees, and supporting day-to-day People Operations interactions with our team members.  You should have a bias for action and be customer obsessed.  This role reports to the Talent & Development Manager, People Operations and supports the Talent & Development team on our mission to continue forging the path of equitable growth at FourKites.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Analyzing, monitoring and producing reports for key talent metrics and compliance
• Maintaining talent databases including our core HRIS platforms
• Supporting benefit programming, wellness initiatives and enrollment data
• Partnering with our Talent team members to respond to Tier 1 and Tier 2 People Operations support
• Managing and organizing employee lifecycle processes and communications
• Collaborating with the Talent team to provide support on day-to-day tasks and projects

Who You Are:

• At least 2 years of experience in an HR operations and analytics role
• Advanced proficiency in Excel required
• Desire to be impactful in an environment focused on diversity, equity and inclusion
• Experience with managing confidential employee data, compliance and HCM systems
• Intermediate knowledge of comprehensive benefit programs
• Proven analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to self-orient
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused attitude
• Proven ability to take extreme ownership and initiative while collaborating with teammates
• Proven ability to prioritize, organize and perform multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
