People Operations Partner, HR (Austin)
Prospera is growing and looking for a People Operations Partner (Human resources partner) to join the team in Austin.
The Prosperian People Operations team (HR team) strives to create and deliver a positive employee experience across the entire employee lifecycle. Building efficient, scalable, and simple people processes, systems, policies, and programs. The People Operations Partner, will work to deliver outstanding employee experiences, form onboarding, and seek to improve employee lifecycle processes.
**This position is on site (Austin), combining hybrid work.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end employee relations management.
Create and maintain process that flowing seamless and precise to the Prosperian culture- onboarding, promotion, raise, offboarding, leave, etc..
Work with team to ensure employees are taken care of from HR and admin perspective
Work with hiring managers and assist them with building their teams- consulting and challenging where needed
Act as a strategic and operational thought partner to the People Team in creating positive employee experiences.
Think in a data-driven approach to constantly improve our growth processes
Grow the Prosperian team to match values and culture
Requirements
At least 8 years experience in Human resources
Understand the core principles of benefits administration, employee engagement, and program management.
Ability to effectively set priorities, manage multiple tasks and deadlines, and produce quality work.
