WHY THIS ROLE IS VALUABLE
The People & Culture Coordinator will be a permanent role, reporting to the People Operations AVP and will be responsible for supporting specific needs of the People and Culture Business Partners and Operations team. This is a great entry level role for someone looking to gain experience in human resources. This position is based out of Revantage's headquarters in Chicago, IL.
HOW YOU ADD VALUE
P&C Business Partner Support
- Support P&C business partners, across three companies, with high-volume recruitment
- Assist with drafting, editing, and quality checking job descriptions
- Initiate compensation market analysis from compensation manager
- Create new requisition in applicant tracking system, iCIMs
- Support two smaller companies with infrequent recruiting administration as needed
P&C Operations Support
- Audit monthly benefit invoices for accuracy and submit for payment
- Manage monthly service and performance award distribution and coordinate associated special bonuses with payroll
- Upload employee data to employee perks system
- Digitally file employees documents into electronic file system; assist with preparation of physical employee files for mass upload to electronic file system

Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Quick learner able to grasp concepts quickly and apply learned concepts to future work
- Excellent listening and communication skills
- Great team player able to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
