As a People Business Partner, you will partner with the Director, People Operations to design and deliver an unparalleled employee experience while enabling exceptional business results. You will partner with business leaders in designing and implementing a variety of people programs including workforce planning, employee relations, performance management, coaching, and engagement.

Responsibilities:
- Execution of Lucid’s people strategy and support of leaders within the business.
- Collaboration with members of the People, Finance, Legal, and Analytics teams to design and implement a variety of people programs.
- Partnership with Talent Acquisition and Finance on headcount planning, modeling, timing, and strategy to enable Lucid’s rapid growth.
- Counsel and advise on employee relations issues and provide day-to-day coaching guidance to leaders.
- Assist in administering compensation and recognition programs including bonus and merit.
- Administration of bi-annual performance management programs.
- Assist in the immigration process for both US and international employees.
- Assist leaders and employees in navigating leave of absences and other accommodations.
- Lead on developing People policies to minimize legal exposure while balancing employee and business needs
Requirements:
- 5-7 years working as a people business partner, HR leader, or other HR-related position.
- Strong cross-functional project management experience.
- A strong understanding of employment law with the ability to gracefully navigate complex employee relations issues.
- Experience managing data and compiling analysis for executive-level leadership.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Excel (e.g. experience with vlookups and pivot tables)
- Strong written communication skills.
- A love for creating beautiful, easy to understand presentations and documents.
- Experience developing and fine-tuning processes.
- Experience working in high-tech or a high-growth environment preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in HR and/or Business.
