About the team

Our PayFac channel supports some of the most sophisticated partners in the payment’s ecosystem. They are passionate about growing their portfolio, look to Worldpay by FIS to provide best in class support and products to help them further improve their solutions. The PayFac Strategic Partner Management (SPM) team is comprised of experienced, knowledgeable successful salespeople capable of handling challenging contract negotiations, acting as a Business Consultant to their partners, effectively growing revenue in their portfolio’s and selling new value-added services.

We are is search for a Strategic Partnership Manager for ISO/PayFac.  This role has responsibility for growing revenue across our existing PayFac portfolio.  This high level individual contributor role is responsible for managing assigned partners in the PayFac portfolio, growing the revenue and meeting the target goals and renegotiating renewal contracts.

What you will be doing

  • Identifies and develops key account alliances and relationship programs designed to produce sales opportunities.
  • Recruits, develops and manages strategic partner alliances/partnerships and opportunity pipelines.
  • Ensures the retention, growth and customer satisfaction of accounts.
  • Evangelizes company products in conjunction with recruiting key alliances/partnerships.
  • Evaluates program trends and provides analysis and recommendations to management.
  • Works toward mutual goals, strategies and objectives to build awareness and support of overall strategic benefits of the alliance to senior leaders.
  • Provides for financial analyses, long-range forecasting and analysis studies associated with potential alliances/partnerships.
  • Monitors programs to assess the sales impact of offered solution(s) in the marketplace and the overall success of the alliance.
  • Monitors competitor activity in accounts and implements strategies to maintain account ownership and block competitor advancement.

  • Exceptional results-oriented problem solver who can work with the SPM team and Leadership to conceptualize improvements, define options to produce win-win results and bring to BAU
  • Has payments experience with FinTech knowledge and technical aptitude to understand rapidly developing Payment Facilitator landscape
  • Understands the value of partnering with many teams to help educate others on the value of the FIS PayFac offering and find the best solution for FIS and our PayFac partners
