Job Description Summary
The Organizational Development Specialist, reports to CCC's Director of Organizational Development, and will contribute to the design, implementation, and delivery of a variety of talent management initiatives. This role also serves as the Workday administrator for our talent processes. Job Duties
Leadership Development:

  • Own the execution of manager development programs:
    • Foster relationships with external training partners and internal facilitators
    • Manage participant communications and coordinate program logistics
    • Observe training sessions to ensure programs meet CCC's standards, evaluate program results, and identify program improvements
  • Manage aspects of CCC's new mentorship program, including participant communications, the administration of the online platform, and act as a subject matter expert sharing mentoring best practices and guidance
  • Partner with our Learning Services team to create compelling e-learning solutions, curate learning resources for various talent processes, and utilize our internal Learning Management System as a means of distribution
  • Support Director of OD in identifying potential training partners/content for new program development


Talent Processes:

  • Partner with the CCC Workday team and serve as the system administrator for CCC's talent processes, including performance management, individual development plans, 360-feedback, and other talent functionality as the system evolves
  • Execute CCC's Workday performance management process, including testing and refining functionality, launching goal-setting, mid-year discussions and year-end reviews, responding to and quickly resolving employee and HR questions or issues, and monitoring user adoption and system effectiveness


Project Management:

  • Own the execution of various employee surveys (e.g., engagement, pulse, new hire), creating survey questionnaires in Qualtrics, developing employee communications to drive survey participation, creating dashboards and analyzing results, producing clear and concise survey reports in both PowerPoint and Excel, and partnering with HR Business Partners to disseminate results
  • Provide support with special OD projects as needed (e.g., team effectiveness sessions)


Employee Communications:

  • Own the execution and continuous improvement of internal employee communication vehicles (e.g., weekly newsletter, intranet, quarterly virtual employee town halls)
  • Support HR team members, as well as other groups across the company to develop and distribute employee communications


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 5 years of related experience in training and development, talent management, employee communications and engagement
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills and presence, with ability to comfortably present in a group setting and credibly interface with employees at all levels
  • Excellent writing skills with the ability craft crisp and engaging communications
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Deadline-oriented, strong time management skills with the ability to manage and execute several projects simultaneously
  • Receptive to feedback
  • Experience analyzing quantitative and qualitative data
  • Experience and comfort working with Workday, Qualtrics, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
