We are looking for someone who is excited to support Intel's IDM 2.0, the largest set of expansions Intel has ever seen, with new and growing manufacturing organizations in Europe, the US and Asia.
This role is for a Senior Organization Development Partner (ODP), who would be on Intel's Enterprise Organization Development team, and a part of Organization and Talent Capability (OTC) group, whose mission is to align, develop, and deploy organization and talent solutions and services in support of business execution. As an organizational expert, you would stand up new organizations, redesign existing orgs, architect change, drive alignment, foster Intel's culture, and build team and organizational capability.

Organization Development Partners are responsible for the following:

  • Develop and deliver organization development solutions that result in top and bottom-line growth.
  • Collaborate across Business HR and Organization and Talent Group (OTC) to design and implement organization development scalable solutions at the business unit and Enterprise level.
  • Coach and advise business leaders on organization development related topics.
  • Analyze organizational structures, responsibilities, reporting relationships, culture, and work processes to increase organizational effectiveness.
  • Apply and lead change management processes to implement organizational change plans.
  • Consult with the HR Account team to guide the application of OD principles aligned to the larger business unit, function, or region.
  • Execute organization development initiatives including developing methods for measuring effectiveness that support improved organizational performance.
  • Use Objectives and Key Results (OKR)s to identify challenging OD objectives and deliver OD key results with measurable deliverables and impact.
  • Flex to meet different Intel client and business needs, shifting client groups, as needed.
  • Contribute to organization development team efforts to capture and share standards, best practices, external benchmarking, and innovative practices related to culture, change management, team effectiveness, strategy operationalization, organization design, and organization diagnosis.
  • Meet with globally dispersed teams and travel, as necessary, for the work.



Key Metrics:

  • Employee Engagement Survey (EES) Scores and improvement over time.
  • Successful implementation of the interventions as measured by OD OKRs.
  • Successful business, BHR, and OTC relationships and partnerships.



The ideal candidate should exhibit the following behavioral traits:

  • Strategic and Financial Acumen. Understand business strategy, profitability, customer dynamics, and differentiation in the market and industry.
  • HR Acumen and Collaboration. Understand HR service and delivery model. Leverage, influence, and partner across HR to drive integrated solutions that improve business outcomes.
  • Influence and Coaching. Experience in influencing and coaching leaders and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Change Management: Understand the dynamics when change is occurring, provide strategic recommendations and deliver practical change solutions.
  • Data Analytics. Can analyze data to draw conclusions for org design and change management
  • Org Acumen and System Thinking. Understands how organization strategy and design drives capabilities to achieve business outcomes. Connects dots across the enterprise to proactively identify, leverage, or recommend opportunities that drive organization effectiveness.
  • Talent Management. Understand how organization design connects to E2E talent strategies
  • Integration. Partner across HR to identify and deliver scalable solutions.



Qualifications:

You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. This position is not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field with 6+ years of experience in organization development or similar work experience in a large organization.



Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Organization Development (MSOD).
  • Certification in Strategic Workforce Planning, Diversity and Inclusion, Human Capital Strategy, Change Management or any other relevant certification program.
  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
