Onboarding and Recruitment Specialist

POSITION SUMMARY: The Onboarding/Recruitment Specialist works closely with recruiters and new hires to track and ensure all onboarding responsibilities are met, while creating an excellent onboarding experience for all those joining OSF HealthCare. In addition, they support recruiters to assist with the screening of candidates for entry and mid-level positions. This position also collaborate with various departments across the Ministry including Occupational Health, Organizational Development, Compensation, HRIS etc. ensuring OSF is compliant with pre-hire requirements, while new hires have an excellent onboarding experience.
Qualifications
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School Diploma and/or equivalent. At least 1 year work experience in a customer service environment. Computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Excellent communication skills, written and verbal PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Associates Degree or equivalent years of college experience. 3 years of experience in an office/customer service environment.
