This individual contributor, Manager, Total Rewards - Executive Programs plays a key role in the Total Rewards COE. This highly visible role is the focal for all Total Reward items for our Executive level employees. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the Executive annual compensation planning process, overseeing the HR operations team, introducing all new executives to the RTX Executive Compensation structure, and training COE and new HR team members on Executive Programs processes.

This position can be worked remotely from anywhere in the U.S.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Consistently deliver world-class customer service
  • Support Executive compensation programs for Collins Aerospace
  • Lead key global processes such as merit planning, annual incentives, long-term incentives, etc. for executives
  • Liaise with Corporate and BU Total Reward teams
  • Partner with stakeholders in support of executive transactions
  • Conduct monthly cadence meetings with HRLT and BU Talent Leads
  • Conduct Executive Compensation orientations with all new executives
  • Create quarterly AIP accrual for Finance
  • Work process improvement projects
  • Create standard work as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Basic Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience OR
  • Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience OR
  • In absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience is required
  • Travel up to 10%
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. Collins Aerospace will not offer sponsorship for this position

  • Experience with Workday
  • Maintains the highest level of confidentiality
  • Excellent organization and execution skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team environment with ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Able to routinely take initiative to identify issues and solve problems; thoroughly analyze information and make timely, practical decisions and recommendations
  • Detail oriented with strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications (specifically Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Technical knowledge of global HR policies and procedures
  • Technical knowledge of compensation practices and trends, merit, and data analysis
  • Experience working in a Global F50 organization, manufacturing, aerospace, defense and/or high-tech/engineering
  • Experience with MarketPay and Mercer's International Position Evaluation (IPE) systems or comparable systems helpful
  • World at Work Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration Professional (GRP) highly preferred
