The Manager, Technical Recruiting is responsible for the strategic and operational oversight of our Product and Engineering divisions. As the Manager, Technical Recruiting you will hire, lead and work closely with a team of talent acquisition professionals to attract, source, and deliver the best technical talent while scaling our recruiting practices and strategic initiatives. You will work in partnership with hiring teams and department leaders to ensure that Talent Acquisition deeply understands the business problems and our recruitment standards are upheld. This role requires innovative problem solving, teamwork, and a commitment to furthering our DEI mission in recruitment.
In this role, you will:
- Manage & lead a team of Sourcers, full-cycle Talent Partners, and Talent Coordinators to hire top talent for our growing Product and Engineering teams.
- Oversee all Technical searches, while providing ongoing visibility to leadership and hiring teams, through recruiting metrics, reporting dashboards, and any other necessary means.
- Ensure a consistent and exceptional experience for our candidates and internal business partners.
- Partner with Executives and Senior Leadership to define division-based talent acquisition strategy to drive company outcomes.
- Recruit for senior-level engineering and product positions
- Drive recruiting programs and initiatives including, but not limited to DEI&B, recruitment marketing, interview training, etc.
- Partner with Director, Talent Acquisition to set and measure team OKRs & KPIs.
- Identify recruitment market trends, tools, technologies, and best practices to build an innovative and scalable TA function.
Qualifications:
- Deep experience in technical recruiting combined with several years of building and managing a growing recruiting team is required
- Experience in a high-growth, scaling organization is strongly preferred
- You know how to balance long-term goals with the day-to-day leadership of a high impact recruiting team
- High aptitude for coaching, mentoring, and developing talent acquisition professionals
- A deep understanding of sourcing & recruiting technology, market trends, and talent strategy
- Experienced in building and deploying recruiting processes with a focus on continuous process improvement
- Collaborative and influential; a natural team player mentality with the ability to develop effective partnerships with stakeholders across all levels and functional areas
- Solid analytical skills and ability to work with metrics, numbers, and trends to tell a meaningful story to multiple audiences
- Demonstrated skills that showcase your executive presence, business acumen, and ability to present recruiting insights to Executives
