As Corvus’ first Manager of Talent Management, this role will report to the Sr. Manager, People Operations and support our people leaders across all functions (Go To Market, G&A, Underwriting, Technology, and Insurance). We currently have over 250 employees in 30+ states and expect to double in size within the next 12 months with continued expansion in the United States and possible international expansion. 

In this role, you will provide People Operations support across the company on a variety of HR-related matters including: performance management, talent management, manager coaching, and conflict resolution & employee relations matters. 

In This Role, You’ll Get To

  • Partner with business leaders on a variety of matters including talent retention and development, manager coaching, and employee relations 
  • Be the primary point of contact for employee support 
  • Partner with the People Operations team to implement new and maintain existing programs and processes such as Talent Reviews, company-wide OKRs, succession planning, and promotions
  • Use a data driven approach to proactively identify trends that translate into data-driven programs and / or processes 
  • Partner with other teams and leaders within People Operations including Learning & Development, Core HR, and Talent Acquisition to provide a scalable and engaging employee experience where employee success is fostered

We are Looking for People Who Have:

  • 5+ years of experience working in a high-growth and fast paced organization 
  • A growth mindset with an ability to adapt to change while still maintaining a high level of support for the business 
  • An ability to use and understand data (both qualitative and quantitative) in order to influence and make business recommendations and decisions 
  • Strong Program Management skills.
  • An ability to work autonomously and demonstrate sound judgement when managing complex situations, including ability to work with a very high level of confidentiality and discretion
  • A track record of building strong relationships rooted in trust that enables you to execute our People Operations strategy 
  • Strong foundation in US Employment Law
