Job Description

Oversees full-cycle, centralized recruitment supporting hourly supply chain talent acquisition. Partners with field leaders to develop strategies to fill warehouse and distribution center talent nationwide. Manages prioritization, team capacity and needed resources. Leads, engages, and develops a team of recruiters and coordinators. Drives team's performance and achievement of recruiting KPIs. Consistently communicates progress and accomplishments to business partners and Safelite leaders.

ESSENTIAL ACTIVITIES:

  • Partners with business leaders to develop strategies to source and assess talent for hourly supply chain positions nationwide. Influences hiring managers, leaders, and business partners on adopting strategies and processes that produce the best hiring decisions.
  • Project manages, executes, and prioritizes key initiatives involving process improvement, troubleshooting and ongoing projects.
  • Effectively leads, develops, trains, and engages their team of direct reports. Regularly assesses workload and progress and adjusts approach as needed to ensure SLA are met. Assesses recruiting KPIs and provides consistent and regular coaching to drive top performance.
  • Assesses trends and leverages knowledge, data, and competitive intelligence to develop creative, customized sourcing strategies. Effectively navigates and determines alternative options for challenging positions.
  • Contributes towards ensuring consistent recruitment processes, tools and assessments exist to drive thorough evaluation of talent. Measures and assesses quality of hires. Implements methods for continuous improvement.


REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BFA) or comparable years of experience
  • Seven to ten years directly related experience
  • Two plus years supervising recruiters
  • Three plus years building recruiting strategies
  • Strong written, verbal presentation and negotiation skills
  • Ability to travel up to 5%
