As the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you improve internal and external client satisfaction by maintaining efficient recruitment systems and enhancing the candidate experience. You combine your expertise of recruitment processes with your understanding of company objectives to optimize the current and future recruiting process. You excel at advancing functions and tools within the recruiting team, including the applicant tracking system (ATS) and various sourcing channels.
You promote recruiting processes by working closely with the recruiting team to analyze data and trends and implement strategic improvements. You propel recruitment efforts through regular progress reports on team activity and metrics to the recruitment leadership. You thrive in an office environment working with geographically dispersed teams. You report directly to the Director of Talent Acquisition for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:• Encourage company-wide excellence through active and consistent support of all efforts to create an optimal recruitment experience for candidates, hiring leaders and recruiting partners.• Drive successful recruiting results by partnering with technical teams to leverage the most current technology available while acting as a champion for new technology and initiatives.• Identify opportunities for process efficiencies and improvements through collaboration with recruiters, recruiting coordinators and recruiting leaders.• Improve recruiting processes by developing and delivering training on recruitment procedures and tools.• Enhance the success of project-based initiatives by working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders.• Create and generate standard and ad hoc reports that analyze and synthesize data while proactively uncovering trends and recommending solutions to HR and business leaders.• Implement and regularly track metrics that provide ongoing insight into recruiting program effectiveness, including the recruiting process, applicant quality and recruiting outcomes.• Mitigate risks by creating audit cadence to include compliance and productivity evaluation while maintaining accurate records and metrics covering recruitment and hiring activity, terminations and transfers.• Demonstrate diversity awareness by ensuring recruiters utilize sourcing techniques that reach diverse populations while actively championing diversity recruitment strategies.• Ensure consistent outreach for all underutilized roles by measuring the progress as identified in the local affirmative action plan.• Support the Talent Acquisition strategy by assisting in the identification and selection of media, technology and social solutions.• Maximize the recruitment team by serving as the subject matter expert for the ATS, recruitment processes and recruitment tools.• Comply with all applicable federal, state and local laws related to employment, including compliance of ATS procedures and recruiting processes.• Guide Recruitment process by managing a team of Recruiting Coordinators, monitoring service level execution, ensuring consistent application of processes across the team and serving as the primary point of escalation for recruiting issues.• Provide guidance to team members to assist with career development plans.• Perform additional duties related to this position as assigned.
Required keys for success:• Five or more years of talent acquisition or recruiting experience.• Ability to maintain company and candidate information confidential.• History of supervising and motivating others while working both independently and collaboratively.• Track record of handling multiple projects and tasks, making decisions and resolving issues while working under pressure.• Prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to show sound judgment and initiative to accomplish job duties.• Experience manipulating, analyzing and synthesizing data to make recommendations.• Working knowledge of ATS, such as Brassring.• Familiar with market analysis.• Expert knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies and staffing and employment practices.• Advanced ability in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.• Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.

Your education:• Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
