Job Description

Reporting to the Global Talent Acquisition Director, this role will work closely with executives, key leadership, and hiring managers across the organization to propose initiatives to enhance our talent program, find, and implement efficiencies, develop training, lead creative pipeline building/sourcing initiatives to ensure hiring is a top priority across the organization. The TA Manager will utilize data-driven leadership to make decisions on how to lead the North America talent acquisition team focusing on technology hiring. Demonstrate strategic, operational, and tactical capabilities and lead recruiting initiatives while being hands-on in implementing talent acquisition solutions, enabling insightsoftware to attract and hire the best talent. Leading through transformation is key to the success of this role.

This is a remote position and available to work from approved locations. 

What will you do? 

  • Develop and foster strong relationships/partnerships with executives and leaders across the organization.
  • Meet with executives and leaders to assess recruiting progress, future hiring plans, obstacles, challenges and collaborate on recruiting activities and strategies.
  • Provide effective recruitment advice, guidance, and solutions to managers; always working within the necessary legal parameters.
  • Leadership and management of talent acquisition team with a focus on resource management, project planning, hiring, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Own recruiting programs, practices, and initiatives; provide regular and timely information to the hiring managers to ensure they are up to date on progress.
  • Identify, prioritize, and lead initiatives to ensure that insightsoftware is providing a premier candidate experience.
  • Report on recruiting metrics and hiring progress to execs and senior leadership on a consistent basis.
  • Improvising various channels of sourcing – employee referrals, internal career development, campus hiring, and vendor management.
  • Collaborate and work closely with other global talent acquisition leaders.

  • Innovative with an ability to think outside the box. Proven ability to implement new ideas and creative processes.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


  • 8 years+ of solid experience recruiting experience in a software and/or technology company.
  • 3+ years of experience leading a high performing talent acquisition team
  • You must be well aware of and knowledgeable about various technology companies and able to build targeted hiring plans for specific requirements.
  • Extensive experience sourcing candidates from multiple channels including careers websites, professional and social media, employee referrals, and job sites
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, experience managing clients or internal stakeholders at any level
  • Be highly diligent, ethical, reliable, and accountable
  • Experience supervising, coaching, and mentoring; or a strong desire to learn
