Manager, Students and Grads Analyst Recruiting

Through your knowledge and expertise, you will lead the set up and delivery of all recruiting activities for a team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators across multiple locations focused on hiring analyst talent. You will assist the team with candidate management through the recruiting and selection process, manage client relationships, and complete projects that enhance the recruiting experience. You will be an inspiring people leader of a team of recruiters and/or recruiting coordinators and be identified as a subject-matter expert for recruitment type activities (risk, systems, sourcing, client management, etc.). You will also drive day-to-day data management and reporting inclusive of executive-level communication and partnership. Most of all, you will keep abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques in order to be competitive in state-of-the-art recruiting practices.

General Responsibilities:
The role is a delivery lead role for our Undergraduate Analyst Recruiting Team
Client management - working with hiring managers, group or organization leads, Students and Grads programs teams, and other key stakeholders to understand recruiting needs and developing strategy to meet hiring goals
Recruiting Operations - facilitate set up ahead of each recruiting season, including forecasting number of applications and interviews needed, and documenting selection logistics (inclusive of any new selection pilots being tested)
Interviewer engagement - partner with business leaders and other HR groups to develop robust interviewer engagement strategies inclusive of training new interviewers and incentivizing participation
Candidate management – helping your team of recruiters and recruiting coordinators in developing and executing sourcing plans to identify and recruit people with skills matching the hiring needs, and creating relationships with candidates to facilitate process and offer accept
People Leadership - lead a team of recruiters and/or recruiting coordinators and support their onboarding and training experience
Ad hoc Project work - lead miscellaneous department projects thru project management frameworks, maintaining a well-managed approach to completing project agenda
Administrative tasks - navigate systems such as Workday, Salesforce and other recruiting technologies to pull reports, gather data, and drive insights
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 4 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting including full life cycle, research, and sourcing
At least 4 years of experience in Client Management
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification or Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) certification
5 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing
5 years of experience in Client Management
Proficiency in recruiting systems
