To do this, we’re looking for a Manager, Revenue & Corporate Recruiting.  This role will drive talent acquisition strategy for revenue and business roles and manage our team of revenue recruiters ensuring Salesloft attracts and hires the best in the industry.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

You are an enthusiastic, driven, and results-oriented leader with a passion for all things Talent. This is a huge opportunity to lead a group of talented recruiters in every phase of the recruitment process, from sourcing and evaluation of talent to owning requisitions of your own, collaborating with hiring managers and senior leadership. 

As a Manager, Revenue & Corporate Recruiting, you’ll help determine and implement strategy and enable a team of recruiters to employ techniques to ensure an ongoing candidate pipeline. You will have an opportunity to make a difference. 

On a day-to-day basis, you will:

  • Leading hiring efforts for global revenue (sales, post-sales & sales support) and corporate (finance, people & legal)  teams
  • Managing, developing, coaching, and inspiring a growing team of Recruiters 
  • Working with executive leadership to build processes, influence, and implement best practices for hiring top talent
  • Using data to guide your decision making, whether it’s time saved automating a process or the ROI of delivering a great experience
  • Being a hands-on member of the team, running searches across the business, or helping out on high-impact roles as needed
  • Partnering with business leaders and HR partners to deliver on the business needs
  • Conducting weekly 1:1’s with revenue recruiters 
  • Enabling a culture of continuous learning and improvement
  • Partnering with Director, Talent & Manager, Technical Recruiting on ongoing enablement and process approvement across the entire talent acquisition function

THE SKILLSET: 

  • 7+ years of experience recruiting for revenue and corporate teams in-house
  • 2+ years leading a team of recruiters 
  • Ability to build trusted partnerships at all levels of the organization
  • Passionate about building diverse, values-driven teams
  • Strong analytical and project management skills
  • Proven track record to design and communicate clear processes, and an analytical yet creative approach to problem-solving
  • Strong bias for action and ability to lead both tactically (go deep) and strategically
  • Prior work experience in high growth technology and/or SaaS organization
  • Experience with enhancing employee engagement culture and Company's image as a great place to work
  • Strong operational business acumen, executive presence, and adaptive work style
  • Familiarity with Recruiting tools - specifically Greenhouse, Brighthire, Talentwall or similar tools 

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend SalesLoft’s New Hire Orientation, where you will learn our SalesLoft story and understand what makes our “Lofters” unique 
  • Begin 1:1’s with your Manager, understand your 30-60-90 day plan, meet & shadow current members of the SalesLoft team, and delve into your roles.
  • Set your OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) with your Manager and develop an action plan to achieve them
  • Meet key partners you will be supporting - they will be key relationships for you throughout your role
  • Begin 1:1’s with the revenue recruiting team 

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have a strong understanding of the business and what makes SalesLoft unique
  • Begin to work autonomously on offer approvals, assisting recruiters with closing candidates, and meetings with internal stakeholders 
  • Work on projects that aim to improve processes within either Recruiting or HR

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert to the business units you support, guiding hiring recruiters and stakeholders on best practices
  • Have established relationships with your team and be viewed as a trusted Business Partner throughout the company

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Be considered a top-performing manager on the team and a go-to resource for the talent function
  • Train and develop new team members
