The Manager Payroll will be responsible for implementing payroll processes and procedures and reviewing and recommending opportunity for improvement The Manager supervises the payroll department providing training, guidance and support. Qualifications
- Education: 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, BA or BS degree in Accounting or related business field, required.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years payroll experience, required. Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience, required.
- Additional Skills (required):
- Knowledge of payroll related tax laws; Working knowledge of Word and Excel; Excellent problem solving skills; Excellent customer relation skills; Excellent communication skills; Team player mentality.
- Additional Skills (preferred):
- Training/experience with the PeopleSoft Payroll and API Time and Staffing System; and Lawson General Ledger system.
- Experience in Multi-state Registrations and Filings.
