The HRIS Manager will be responsible for leading the maintenance, design, testing and configuration of SuccessFactors Recruiting, Onboarding, Employee Central, Succession, Compensation, and Performance & Goal Management. In addition, the manager will drive the design and testing for the SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Organization Management and integrations with third party systems. The HRIS manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of HCM technology process deliverables for the projects their team is leading. The incumbent will collaborate with HR centers of excellence, IT, and other stakeholders to identify user requirements, assess available technologies, and recommend and implement solutions. The incumbent will be responsible for providing quality deliverables in a fast-paced, growing Organization. The position reports to the HRIS Director and is a collaborative partner with the leadership in the HR centers of excellence, Information Technology (IT) management, and associated vendors.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Lead SuccessFactors projects to ensure functionality is developed in a way that complies with business requirements and established methodologies & practices
  • Subject matter expert that leads the team to troubleshoot functional problems in SuccessFactors and SAP HCM modules and other application software when issues arise
  • Lead SuccessFactors and SAP configuration changes for production support, enhancements, upgrades or quarterly releases
  • Direct the business process analysis, creation of business requirements documents, and testing for projects and all system changes
  • Lead team to configure all SuccessFactors modules based on requirements in the business requirements documents
  • Ensure team is developing reports in SuccessFactors for the business to support HR operations
  • Develop business relationships and integrating activities with other departments to ensure successful implementations
  • Other duties as assigned

Experience & Required Skills:
  • 6+ years of experience with configuration and support of SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Compensation, Reporting and Analytics is preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in with SAP PA/OM and SAP Payroll and will understand the integration of these modules with SuccessFactors and Benefits is a preferred
  • 6+ years required in 3rd party interface design and maintenance
  • Experience with Ticketing support systems and issue close-out
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and conceptual skills
  • Proven ability to work in a self-directed environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide guidance to HR Leadership in the administration of SuccessFactors and SAP HCM
