Vimeo’s People team is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Manager, Employee Experience to build strategies and programs that make Vimeo a great place to work. This person will be focused on the holistic experience of all employees, enabling them to do great work at a company that supports them. We are looking for someone with a passion for employee experience who loves rolling up their sleeves and driving things forward!

What you’ll do:

  • Build and maintain culture at Vimeo, enabling employees to do their best work and ensuring a holistic experience for all employees in all regions
  • Manage the process for the return to office (RTO) including office protocols for employees, desk assignment, and coordination with global offices
  • Manage all content and branding on Vimeo’s online employee portal
  • Partner with the broader HR org and PR to strategize and product all HR communication
  • Manage launch of Vimeo’s new careers page
  • Owner of the People Calendar, keeping track of all programming and events with a focus on timing, team bandwidth, and engagement
  • Drive new content for employee onboarding, partnering with leadership to develop content that is comprehensive and aligns with Vimeo’s values
  • Additional employee experience projects as needed
  • This person will be expected to work from our NYC HQ 3+ days a week. 

Skills and knowledge you should possess:

  • 4+ years of experience in an employee experience / engagement capacity
  • Stellar attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to balance multiple high-priority tasks and collaborate with team members across functions
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced work environment and make quick, informed decisions based on existing policies and practices
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to build positive relationships at all levels of the business 
  • Commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
