Ensono is looking for an experienced Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Culture and People Experience Team (CPE) and serve as a trusted partner, strategic consultant and advisor to business leaders and their respective teams. This role is working with leaders to enable and accelerate organization objectives and performance through forward-thinking organizational development and employ talent management strategies with focus to drive associate engagement and business results. This position will partner closely with CPE Team colleagues across the global organization to deliver and execute CPE strategies and initiatives, also serving as a conduit and voice of the business to the CPE Team and leveraging depth of business knowledge to inform CPE Team initiatives.
The successful candidate is an innovative HR and talent strategist with experience as the HRBP for dynamic, complex organizations. You have a reputation for developing and implementing talent strategies that transform leaders and teams and are willing to roll up your sleeves to implement HR processes. You're also an excellent relationship builder and have experience leading a team.
What you can look forward to doing:

  • Provide strategic partnership and counsel to designated executives who oversee dynamic, global teams and manage a team of business partners who provide support and consultation on all people related matters.
  • Act as a change management consultant, planning and implementing effective change management strategies, communications, and training in support of major team or organizational changes.
  • Workforce Planning - proactively manage the movement and development of talent in alignment with staffing needs. Work with leaders and business partners to assess organizational structures on a regular basis, assessing talent, skill and knowledge gaps to drive immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Talent Development - drive all talent management activities, including effective goal setting, development planning, semi-annual performance reviews and succession planning. Support continued feedback and coaching throughout the year.
  • Building Organization Capability - partnering with leaders to maximize ways to build our talent capability at all levels, working across the organization to maximize training and development, career experiences, mentoring and rotations.
  • Work with leaders and the business partner team to manage and resolve performance issues proactively to minimize risk.
  • Provide counsel on applicable employment laws (ADA, FMLA, FLSA, etc.).
  • Serve as a liaison to the broader CPE team to provide critical business insights and ensure that people programs and services effectively support the organization's needs across all aspects of the associate lifecycle.
  • Leverage people data and analytics to proactively provide insights to leaders that inform decision making and enable change.

What we are looking for in you:

  • A minimum of 8 years' experience in a Human Resources Business Partner or similar role with significant experience working with senior leaders; experience in a fast-paced technology organization is a preferred
  • Strong leadership capabilities - must be able to make difficult decisions and challenge leaders and associates to get to the right decision
  • Collaboration skills - record of partnering at all levels in an organization to drive priorities and results
  • Communication skills - must have excellent written and verbal communication skills and have proven ability to modify communication style & approach based on audience.
  • Strategic thinking - proven ability to influence & align strategy around talent capabilities and behaviors
  • A demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in all people and talent related strategies and processes
  • Business Acumen - ability to understand business metrics and financials and translate business needs into talent solutions and outcomes
  • Critical thinking skills - able to provide strategic advice, develop options, analyze risks, exhibit sound judgement and decision-making abilities
  • Demonstrated success in leading change efforts in a matrix environment
  • Ability to make rapid decisions and pivot quickly, demonstrating flexibility in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strategic HR advisor with a breadth and depth of knowledge in the areas of organizational development, talent management, engagement, learning/development, total rewards, etc.
  • Strong organization, analytical, and project management skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Psychology, Business, Organization Effectiveness, or related field preferred
  • HR certification is a plus; PHR, SPHR, and/or GPHR
