The Learning & Development team at Notarize is responsible for planning, developing, executing, and measuring dynamic and engaging learning programs for all employees to aid in their personal and professional development and growth.

 

Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Learning Systems for Learning & Development, this role will be responsible for the development, administration and engagement of the Learning Systems. The right candidate will balance the needs of our growing, fast-paced organization with a thoughtful, thorough, and well-designed learning approach.

What you’ll do as the LMS Administrator at Notarize:

  • Develop, launch and administer the company’s learning management system and other integrated learning tools.
  • Manage the vendor relationship with the various learning tools - staying up to date on new releases and features to introduce.
  • Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on all of our learning tools to help us adopt the full benefits of the tool and realize ROI. 
  • Support the development of a content strategy for internal resources and learning content and how they are accessed across the various platforms.
  • Develop and administer the reporting dashboards for learners and management to view learning attainment.
  • Provide technical support to key stakeholders and end users on the various learning platforms.
  • Create learning content and administer training to the Learning & Development team on the use of the learning tools to deliver their content to the organization.
  • Create learning content for existing and new employees to leverage as they learn how to use the various learning systems.
  • Manage the Bamboo integration to enroll learners into the learning systems.
  • Partner with key stakeholders across the company to understand challenges to adoption.
  • Partner closely with the larger Learning & Development team to support and promote training programs with the use of our systems.
  • Monitor and Analyze digital adoption metrics to identify areas to improve or showcase key success with our system selections. 
  • Monitor engagement across the learning systems and present ideas to face challenges we see.
  • Stay abreast of new technologies to support learning & development and make recommendations to solve key challenges.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5 - 7 years of related experience in successful development and administration of learning systems.
  • Proven success in driving adoption of learning systems preferably for a technology organization.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Motivated self-starter. Dynamic and welcoming with high emotional intelligence.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong business acumen to establish credibility and build rapport with stakeholders throughout the organization.
  • Strong analytical skills including gathering, assessing, and presenting data in meaningful and persuasive formats.
  • Familiarity with eLearning authoring tools such as Articulate360, Rise, Camtasia, Adobe Creative Suite, etc. a plus.
  • Ability to multi-task and address system challenges in a timely manner
  • Strong project management skills. Demonstrated experience managing complex projects and/or programs.
  • A data-driven mindset.
  • Proven ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Proven success with managing multiple vendor relationships.
