As a Learning Partner on the hims & hers Learning & Culture Team, you will play an instrumental role in the development of hims & hers team members through a variety of learning programs and experiences. You will develop learning solutions to drive impact through the creation, delivery and project management of leadership and professional development experiences. The ideal candidate is a highly proactive self-motivator who has a pulse on the latest trends in leadership development, DEI (Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion) and a proven track record of designing, delivering and evaluating exceptional leadership learning experiences to support leaders and professionals at all levels, from individual contributor to executive.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead project management in the development of a Leadership System, such as outlining the leadership journey from individual contributor to leader and including the necessary behaviors, skills and mindsets necessary to be successful
  • Execute and architect programs and experiences that support hims & hers leaders at varying career levels and milestones 
  • Collaborate with members of the People Ops team to implement and deliver a reimagined new hire experience
  • Partner and facilitate with vendors to deliver ongoing developmental experiences
  • Develop a universal Career Growth Plan template and coach leaders and employees on designing their own career journeys
  • Lead design sprints with cross-functional teams to design and develop content that is learner-centric, engaging and has measurable outcomes
  • Consult with business leaders to gain insight into both their leadership/management development needs and their appropriate sponsorship, engagement and alignment needs

Experience & Skills: 

  • Bachelor’s degree with 6+ years of experience in L&D (Learning & Development) and/or leadership development roles
  • Depth of L&D experience focused specifically on leader development and successfully integrating DEI learning into experiences
  • Extensive experience navigating ambiguity, leveraging design thinking for both process and product development, and building effective solutions that scale
  • Exceptional communication and project management skills
  • Deep knowledge of adult learning principles to deliver leadership development programs and interventions
  • Demonstrated expertise in using data to inform decisions on effectiveness of development experiences with an understanding of what creates both learning and behavioral changes resulting in measurable improvement
  • Experience leveraging technology to curate and deliver high-impact learning
  • Demonstrated ability to partner and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  • Experience working with L&D vendors, including existing relationships and familiarity with developing new ones
  • Experience supporting people managers in a high-growth environment a plus
