Primary Responsibilities

HDR is seeking an experienced learning and organizational development professional who is passionate about education, has a drive to innovate and a habit of thinking outside the box. This person will be part of HDR's Strategic Communications team and provide leadership and growth of the Learning and Development program that is delivered to HDR clients throughout the United States.

  • You have a record of accomplishment of creating and implementing learning plans that included content and material development and implementation.
  • You have a demonstrated track record of successfully managing projects, including preparing and monitoring scope and budget, preparing and implementing schedule, and coordinating with team members to deliver successful projects.
  • You understand the importance of clear communication across multiple channels and mediums.
  • You are a lifelong learner who is constantly researching new technologies and trends, pushing clients and the team to innovate.
  • You're a self-starter who thrives and adapts in fast-paced environments.
  • You are team leader that others enjoy working with and for.
  • You are driven to build this new service line and grow HDR's client offerings in learning and organizational development.


#LI-KV1Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum eight (8) years of experience in learning, including project management. This candidate will also be required to demonstrate their ability to lead teams, design and implement successful learning programs. A working knowledge of accessibility guidelines for training programs will also be required. In addition to strong written and verbal communication skills, this person should be Service and client oriented.
