As the L&D Specialist, Delivery, you will partner with North America L&D Manager/Corporate to communicate, launch, deliver and evaluate learning and development programs and experiences across Nike INC. and directly to those that sit in our North America Geography. You will have input to World Headquarters/North America L&D delivery roadmaps and activity. Your insights will shape L&D strategy and solutions, and drive awareness of and engagement with learning for all employees. This role calls for a balance of partnership and influential skills across the team and beyond. Key areas of responsibility include:
  • Utilize data reports to represent NA organization to gather insights, improve the learner experience, and advise critical business partners
  • Support the North America Learning & Development team in the reporting and experience evaluation process
  • Contribute to the planning, launch and delivery of the North America L&D programs and experiences in partnership with the NA L&D team and World Headquarters (WHQ) Delivery and Partnership teams
  • Engage with L&D Practices team about support and solutions as needed for learning vendor identification, data report inquiries, Smart Sheets application, and inputting learning sessions into Learning Management System
  • Facilitate in-person and virtual L&D programs and solutions across WHQ and North America
  • Use highly effective facilitation techniques to ensure effective learning outcomes
  • Share feedback on the facilitation experience to continually improve program design
  • Continually find ways to enhance the learner experience through innovative delivery techniques (in-person or virtual)
  • Collaborate with the team to adapt global solutions where needed to meet local needs, following globally consistent L&D practices
  • Impact the planning and maintenance of the learning delivery calendar and process
  • Connect 1:1 with North America L&D Manager/Corporate to collaborate on programming, data collection, and insights evaluation in preparation for communicating with key partners, including L&D, NAHR team, and functional leaders in meetings and 1:1's
  • Partner in the effective go-to-market of new programs and drive awareness of and engagement in L&D offerings across distribution centers
  • Partner with NA L&D teammates to advise, identify & prioritize learning needs based on insights to help inform and shape the global L&D strategy & roadmap

Together, you will deliver learning solutions and experiences.

  • Bachelors Degree in Organizational Development, Adult Learning, related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in pedagogy, practices & trends in learning delivery & partnership
  • 3+ years experience in facilitation or delivering L&D programs, preferably within a leading global consumer brand
  • Sophisticated skills in communication and group facilitation, and the ability to interact with and inspire audiences across all levels
