This role allows you to Work from Anywhere you choose across the U.S. (excluding U.S. territories), with the flexibility to work from the Seattle HQ office as often as you’d like. Please note that no matter where you are located, all employees should be available during our core working hours from 10 am to 4 pm PT Monday through Friday.


Your role and impact

You will identify, develop, implement and facilitate training for physicians and other providers on 98point6 operational systems primarily virtually with potential for in-person sessions. You will contribute to the Relentless Improvement of our training programs from conceptualization through delivery. You will play a critical role in ensuring our providers (physicians, therapists, coaches, etc.) continue to provide exceptional patient care. 


Responsibilities

  • Determine knowledge gaps through a training-needs assessment and design training content or instructional materials 
  • Independently plan, schedule, organize and deliver training sessions established in partnership with the Medical Group Learning & Development team
  • Define learning objectives and outcomes; incorporate adult learning theories and gamification in the development of training content
  • ​​Evaluate, research and customize training content to increase its relevance and effectiveness in meeting the learning outcomes
  • Relentlessly Improve existing training materials to increase efficacy
  • Utilize and contribute in creating audiovisual aids and other course content tools required in the training
  • Coordinate with SMEs and training working groups to manage projects through the content development phase as needed
  • Ability to align instructional content with measurable learning objectives and strategies
  • Leverage learning technology to drive scalability of deliverables
  • Provide accurate and appropriate feedback to trainees and elevate learning issues to management
  • Cross-collaborate with other team members to build effective training modules
  • Review training feedback with key stakeholders and determine relevant follow-up steps
  • Schedule virtually-led and in-person training sessions, including scheduling conference rooms, setting up virtual meetings, sending meeting requests and adding classes in our Learning Management System
  • Collate and report training assessment and performance metrics


Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of experience in facilitation/training
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in effectively conveying technical information to a non-technical audience
  • Working knowledge on Lessonly, Articulate 360, or other relevant Learning Management Systems and instructional design tools (like iorad)
  • Experience assisting in the conceptualization and design of learning programs


Nice to have

  • Working knowledge on Confluence
  • Intermediate to advanced Google Suite skills (Google Docs, Sheets, and Slides)
