The America's headquarters located in Fort Mill, South Carolina is seeking a highly self-motivated and detail-oriented Talent Development Specialist to join our HR Group! The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, is dependable and accountable.

THE POSITION

> Support the professional and targeted development of our talents in our region (Tires the Americas).
> Ensure transparency, usage and implementation of Talent Management tools & processes within the region.
> Steer and conduct specific Talent Management and Organizational Development initiatives and projects on various topics, such as Performance Management, Diagnostics, Diversity & Learning etc.
> Facilitate global and regional Talent Management processes, programs and initiatives including execution of corporate training programs, nomination of employees, design and delivery of employee development interventions and vendor management.
> Provide consulting and coaching to internal customers at all levels of the organization to identify Training and Development needs, improve performance and drive change. Analyze the needs and development proposals to execute the development plans for the location Ft. Mill and support the rest of the Tire organization in the Americas.
> Support in integrating new organizations in the Americas Region into Continental Talent Management and Organizational Development.
> Support to prepare & facilitate our regional Talent Management Conferences
> Guiding and supporting our TMOD colleagues in all Tires locations in Americas on TMOD initiatives in their location

Job Requirements

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor's degree in business, psychology, social science or related area. • Minimum 2 years HR experience• Legal Authorization to work in the US is required. We will not sponsor individuals for employment visas now or in the future for this job opening
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS • 5 years of HR experience• Prior TMOD Experience
