Learning and Development Program Manager

Main Responsibilities
- Program management of global learning initiatives, including coordination of logistics, managing vendors, managing materials and providing a critical eye to ensure content is stage ready. Then monitor and evaluate the training effectiveness through feedback and evaluation following the sessions to continuously improve learning effectiveness.
- Design and development of learning resources for global programs (onboarding, leadership, soft skills)
- Maintenance and promotion of our learning portal
- Delivery and facilitation of global programs
- Monitor, measure and evaluate the learning program’s effectiveness, success and ROI periodically.
- Build relationships and provide learning & development consulting to multiple stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Close cooperation with the L&D Director to evaluate individual and organizational development needs
Skills/Experience required
- 5+ years of L&D / OD experience (facilitating and engaging big groups both in person and virtual) in a global tech company
- Extensive knowledge and experience of LMS/LXP and content creation tools
- Passionate about all aspects of learning & development.
- Experience managing training programs end to end (design to execution)
- Great teammate with outstanding interpersonal skills and a positive can-do attitude.
- A quick learner, who always keeps an open mind and willingness to be challenged.
- You are a strong collaborator - you easily built networks and know how to work closely with your key stakeholders to create impact
- Comfortable working in a remote team
