About the Team 

The mission of our Talent Attraction and Development team is threefold: make project44 a career destination of choice; deliver high-impact career development; and fuel growth and innovation from a diverse perspective. This is an exceptionally exciting time to join our Talent Development team, as we are actively building programming to support our rapidly growing global organization. As a Learning & Development Partner, you will directly influence the growth of our organization and accelerate the career trajectory of our talented team members.

Key Accountabilities 

  • Own end to end training programming, encompassing coordination, communication, design, delivery execution, measurement and iterations.

This includes:

  • Identifying key learning objectives, and measurable outcomes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to align on organizational skill gaps, training needs and content development
  • Designing high-impact and creative content, learning activities and programming
  • Facilitating with adaptability and influence to diverse audiences.
  • Construct a sustainable learning culture, cultivating the vast knowledge of project44 team members and fostering an inclusive and continuous learning community
  • Contribute to a wide array of.
  • Design and deliver learning content in support of successful merger and acquisition onboarding
  • Talented in the design, development and delivery of in-person, e-learning and blended programs that drive behavior change and organizational impact
  • Upskill team members in every interaction and deliver best in class team member experience

Requirements & Preferred Skills 

  • 5+ years served in a training- or learning and development-related capacity, with proven success in live and virtual training environments 
  • Experience working with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and content authoring tools, preferably Articulate Rise 360 and Canva
  • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written 
  • Self-starter who is comfortable navigating ambiguity and taking ownership of finding information, building connections, and digging into concepts
  • Agility in receiving and implementing feedback

Travel 

  • Travel may be expected up to 25% of the year, depending on team expansion & on-the-ground needs
