Summary

Salesforce's People Leadership Development (PLD) group designs and delivers leadership development, coaching, and teaming experiences for leaders at every level. The Leadership Development - Program Lead is a highly collaborative role, responsible for the successful design and delivery of development experiences for a range of emerging and established leaders in Salesforce's global leadership population. The successful candidate draws on proven instructional program design and delivery experience, as well as strong business acumen, to lead the development of innovative learning experiences (face-to-face, and live-online) that produce measurable impact and support the talent pipeline of a fast-paced, high-growth company.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provides both strategic and operational support for the design and delivery of a variety of cutting edge development, teaming, and coaching programs, including budget development and management and stakeholder engagement (Faculty, Coaches, Support Staff, SMEs, and External Partners).
  • Designs and facilitates training and development sessions, interactive meetings, and a variety of solutions via multiple modalities to diverse audiences.
  • Provides input on specific evaluation and assessment tools to measure impact, including: business results, ROI, enhanced talent pipeline, and improved behaviors clearly demonstrated.
  • Develops and maintains learning assets, curriculum, and a variety of leader development best practices that align with organizational goals and values.
  • Partners with external vendors where appropriate and manages budget and vendor agreements when necessary (working closely with the PLD Scaling/Ops team via centralized processes).
  • Program manage critical milestones and timelines to effectively deliver development interventions for targeted leader learning journeys.
  • Communicates with participants and stakeholders to ensure on-going participation, support, and awareness of leadership programs.
  • Partner intimately with PLD's Coaching and Teaming Centers of Excellence, as well as the PLD Operations Team, to ensure efficient schedule management and timing for a scalable, sustainable delivery.
  • Drives continuous improvement, innovation, accountability, and scalability of development initiatives.


QUALIFICATIONS:
Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Leadership/Organization Development (OD), or equivalent experience
  • Applicable facilitation and coaching certification(s) strongly desired
  • Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I) subject matter expertise strongly desired


EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

  • 4-8 years of progressive Leadership Development/OD/OE/HR experience within large organizations
  • Instructional design experience building and delivering high-visibility, global programs
  • Strong facilitator capable of consistently and effectively engaging a wide variety of audiences
  • Knowledge of leadership and organization development, change theories, learning models and standard methodologies, instructional design strategies, and learning assessment - and a curiosity for demonstrating leading-edge practices
  • Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical talent development initiatives
  • Strong program/project management skills with ability to collaborate with and lead others through influence
  • Excellent written, presentation and interpersonal communication skills



For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual salary of $100,000. You may also be entitled to receive bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits.
