Highlights:
You focus on accelerating growth by developing and executing search and recruitment strategies. As a Recruiter III, you excel at discovering and vetting candidates for leadership, niche and hard to fill positions. You propel recruitment efforts through relationship-based recruiting and the use of creative, strategic sourcing methods. You partner with hiring leaders to recruit and select qualified candidates for positions across the organization.
You have in-depth recruiting and staffing experience and serve as a subject matter expert to other Recruiters. You improve recruitment efforts by reducing the time-to-fill metric through process improvement recommendations. You have a proven ability to align recruitment practices to employment branding while ensuring compliance with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO), Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Affirmative Action Program (AAP) requirements for all recruitment processes. You thrive in an office environment working with geographically dispersed teams. You report directly to the Enterprise Talent Acquisition Manager for goals, guidance and assistance.

What you will do:
- Provide strategic support by assisting with or leading key programs, projects, committees and process improvement initiatives.
- Partner with business units and recruiting leaders to advise on strategic issues, including workforce planning, labor market intelligence, forecasting and social media approach.
- Identify gaps, redundancy or waste by analyzing the hiring process and provide improvement recommendations.
- Ensure successful recruitment efforts by serving as a recruiting team leader or back-up to the Recruiting Manager as required.
- Successfully source and fill specific positions by coordinating and managing hiring events.
- Improve recruitment efforts by leading training as required and mentoring other Recruiters.
- Negotiate with hiring managers, Human Resource managers and applicants, including compensation expectations and salary to ensure a mutually beneficial work relationship.
- Expound on the importance of recruiting the right candidate to achieve specific, identified business outcomes.
- Maximize recruiting strategies by identifying how changes in business strategy and goals impact talent needs.
- Recommend company-wide improvements by presenting data on how specific positions create value for the company.
- Exercise sound judgment when selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria to achieve maximum recruiting results.
- Anticipate long-term business needs and goals by staying in communication with team leaders.
- Perform additional duties related to the position as assigned.
Required keys for success:
- Seven or more years of recruiting and staffing experience.
- Proven prioritization and organizational skills with the ability to maintain client and company confidentiality.
- Solid critical thinking and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
- Track record of working independently.
- Knowledge of recruitment trends, technologies and staffing practices.
- Familiar with hiring and layoff activities of competitors and how the economy impacts the labor market.
- Experience identifying emerging trends and patterns in the labor market and proactively adjusting the current recruiting approach.
- Track record of making recommendations for the long-term recruiting strategy.
- Ability to anticipate client needs and engage the appropriate partners to deliver excellent service.
- History of creating long lasting relationships with key stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Effective written and spoken English communication skills with all levels of an organization.
Your education:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience (required).
