At Anaplan, we are looking for an innovative and resourceful Lead Recruiter EMEA to join the Anaplan Talent Acquisition organization in EMEA.

The successful candidate will recruit for our Go To Market organizations, placing top quality candidates in our EMEA regions while also coaching the efforts of a high-performing GTM recruiting team. You will partner with a select group of senior leaders and hiring managers to drive hiring through both your individual efforts and the efforts of your fellow recruiters for a given part of the business. You will ensure that candidates are recruited quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively in order to meet the ongoing needs of a rapidly growing business, solving complex recruitment challenges while helping others by serving as a role model.

Insight on your impact

  • Partnering with senior leaders and stakeholders to provide first-class recruiting support and advice throughout the end to end hiring process and on overall hiring strategy.
  • Operate as the expert in industry standard methodologies, developing new trends and opportunities to consistently raise the standard for recruiting at Anaplan for yourself and your team.
  • Coach and focus the efforts of a team of recruiting professionals while also modelling exceptional recruiting by delivering a high-level of individual performance
  • Develop creative and effective sourcing strategies and plans to build pipelines for top candidates across all areas and geographies of the organization while working with team members to insure they are developing solid sourcing approaches for their open roles
  • Own and manage the recruitment process from initial candidate contact to offer, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience.
  • Oversee relationships with recruitment preferred suppliers and other external organizations when required.
  • Ensure the quality of our recruiting process is consistent by conducting skills training for managers and assisting in the development of team members.
  • Ensure 100 % data accuracy of our recruitment ATS (Greenhouse) and database. Track and analyse statistical recruiting data to resolve effectiveness of all recruiting activities, including time to hire and cost per hire for yourself and for your team.
  • Undertake referencing for senior level candidates
  • Partner closely with HR teams, ensuring combined objectives are achieved
  • Work to develop the employer brand through advertising, promotion, and community involvement with recruitment focused local events

Your qualifications, your influence

To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills

  • Expert-level experience as a high-performing “in-house” recruiter within a comparable, global high growth software company
  • Validated experience leading team recruiting efforts as a lead and the ability to coach and influence a team of high-performing recruiting professionals while delivering strong individual performance.
  • Broad exposure to professional and/or leadership hiring for a given sector of the business.
  • Proven track record of delivering individual and team results including through direct sourcing strategies
  • Skilled at partnering with senior leaders and hiring managers to set organizational hiring strategies, build recruiting team sourcing strategies and lead and report on data for personal and team success.
  • Ability to work with, analyse, and report on complex recruiting data in order to deliver reports that measure individual, team, and organization results
  • Demonstrated customer service focus, and proven track record in providing an excellent candidate experience and meeting SLA goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective influencing skills
  • Results-focused, highly adaptable and flexible; used to working in a fast-paced environment to deliver against company hiring goals
  • Excellent negotiation skills and professional presence; able to partner effectively with senior stakeholders externally and internally
  • Able to work efficiently and accurately to meet tight deadlines
  • Super hands-on approach, with experience of demonstrating different sourcing channels, internet search tools
